Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Plan in your dashboard, or by writing to support@telybot.com. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Your plan keeps working to the end of the month you have already paid for. After that your allowance simply returns to the free 200 AI answers a month — your bot carries on answering, and your knowledge, saved answers and conversations are untouched. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked.
Because each payment covers only the month ahead and we hold no card on file, cancelling is in practice just choosing not to pay again.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of your first payment — full refund, no questions asked, if the Service is not right for you.
- If we fail — if the Service is materially unavailable or broken for a sustained period and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected period pro rata.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges — refunded in full as soon as we confirm them. Tell us and we will not wait for you to chase it.
- Part-used periods after the first 7 days — not normally refunded, because the answers for that period have already been generated at our cost. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us; we would rather hear from you than lose you quietly.
All plans are billed one month at a time. We do not currently offer annual billing, so there is no multi-month balance to refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment provider. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days after that.
Answer allowance
Every plan includes a monthly answer allowance, and early access includes 200. If you reach it, the Bot stops generating new answers for the rest of the month rather than charging you more — so there is no overage bill to dispute. The count resets on the 1st of each month (UTC) and unused answers do not roll over. Answers you have saved yourself are served free and keep working even after the allowance is spent.
Your data after cancelling
Cancelling does not delete your data. To delete it, delete the business from Account — that removes its sources, saved answers, conversations, catalogue, orders and bookings and the assistant itself, and is not recoverable. Export anything you need first.
If you cancel without deleting, we retain the account so you can come back, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
