Answering is the start. Telybot also takes orders and bookings, collects leads, alerts your team and shows you what customers ask — from one dashboard, on every plan. You already have every one of those answers written down somewhere. Telybot is that writing, answering for you. (Illustration: Example bar chart of a sample shop’s customer questions over one week, by hour of day. The shop is open from 11am to 9pm, but questions keep arriving after it closes: the busiest hour is 9 to 10pm, just after closing, and 83 of the week’s 203 questions come while the shop is shut.) **83 of 203** questions in this sample week arrived while the shop was shut. The busiest hour was 9 to 10pm, just after closing. #### They get an answer now Not in the morning. In their language, from your price list, at the moment they were going to give up and check somewhere else. #### You stop retyping The answer you have typed a hundred times gets typed once more, into the dashboard, and then never again. #### Nothing is invented in your name If it was not in what you gave it, the bot does not guess. It says so and passes the customer to you. ### What Telybot changes for your business The questions keep coming. What changes is who answers them, how quickly, and what you learn from them — every day, without anyone retyping the same reply. #### Questions after closing get answered A question asked at 9:40pm is answered at 9:40pm, from your own content, before the customer goes looking somewhere else. #### Your team keeps the work that needs a person Timings, delivery and returns answer themselves. Your team handles the conversations that need a person, and can read every chat in the dashboard. #### Chats become leads, orders and bookings A welcome flow asks for a name and a number, a menu becomes an order and a service becomes a booking — each on its own screen in the dashboard. #### It gets better every week Every question it could not answer goes on a list. Answer it once and that answer is used from then on. (Illustration: Example of the Telybot dashboard. The Overview tiles show 412 answers this month, 3 unanswered questions, 6 knowledge sources and 48 saved answers. The daily summary ranks what people asked about — delivery in 14 chats, timings in 9, returns in 6 and prices in 5 — and lists 2 people worth calling back. The sales funnel for the last 30 days runs from 320 people who saw the menu to 64 who ordered or booked.) ### Take orders and bookings in the chat Give it your menu, price list or services and it answers from them, shows what it talks about as cards with photos, and lets the customer act on it there and then — no app to install and no payment page. Customers pay you at the counter, the table, the door or the visit. **1** They ask, browse and order (Illustration: A customer asks a restaurant's bot what it recommends. It shows three dishes as cards with photos, prices and Add buttons, the best seller marked Popular. The customer types two butter chicken and three garlic naan, and the bot answers with both lines and an ₹820 total to add to the order with one tap.) Cards come from your own list, and a typed order is read without AI when every dish is named plainly. **2** The order card follows every step (Illustration: The customer chooses pickup, gives a name and phone number and places the order. Their order card in the chat shows order 1042, the two lines, the ₹820 total, pay when you collect, and a progress line from Received through Accepted to Preparing, with Ready still to come.) Prices are checked again at the moment it is placed. Nothing is paid in the chat. **3** Your team knows at once (Illustration: A team member's phone shows a WhatsApp alert: new order 1042 at Tandoor House, five items, ₹820, pickup, with a link. Behind it, the Orders board in the dashboard has columns for new, preparing and ready orders, and the new one is highlighted with a chime.) The Orders screen chimes, an email goes out, and anyone who handles orders can turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone. #### Bookings that cannot clash List your services with how long each takes, set your hours, and customers book a free time without leaving the chat. You confirm it — or let every booking confirm itself. - **Only free times are shown.** Your hours, slot length, chairs and closed dates decide what a customer can pick. - **The last place goes once.** Two people choosing the same time at the same second cannot both get it. - **It comes back.** The booking card stays in their chat, with Add to calendar, when they return days later. - **Notes stay with you.** What a patient writes is never sent to the AI and never put in an email. (Illustration: A dental clinic's bot shows teeth cleaning, thirty minutes. A strip of days has Sunday greyed out as closed and Wednesday chosen; only that day's free times are listed, with 11:30 selected. Below, the booking card reads Confirmed, Wednesday 7 October at 11:30, with an Add to calendar button.) YOUR PRICES **The cart always charges your list price, whatever was said in the chat.** NO PAYMENT PAGE **Customers pay you at the counter, the table, the door or the visit.** MENU FROM A PHOTO **Import a photo of your menu; nothing goes live until you publish it.** NOT METERED **Orders and bookings cost nothing in early access, and no plan limits them.** Read the guides: [your menu or services](https://telybot.com/docs/guide-catalog), [taking orders](https://telybot.com/docs/guide-orders) and [taking bookings](https://telybot.com/docs/guide-bookings). ### Ask before you answer Not every visitor should be answered straight away. A welcome flow is a short, fixed sequence the bot runs first — a greeting, their name, a number to reach them on, what they came for. You stack the steps in the dashboard; it runs in a straight line, and a visitor sees it once. (Diagram: How a welcome flow turns a chat into a lead. The owner stacks three steps — a message, a question that saves the visitor's name, and a multiple-choice question — and a closing line. The visitor sees them as ordinary chat bubbles, with the choices as buttons and a Skip button beside them. The answers then land in three places at once: on the chat as its title and contact, with the AI as facts it uses for every later answer in that conversation, and in Leads as a new lead whose source is recorded as the welcome flow.) > Three questions is the most that gets answered — after that people close the chat. Ask for one contact detail and one thing that tells you what they want, and put the question that matters most first, because some visitors stop after it. #### You find out who was asking A chat with nobody's name on it is a customer you cannot ring back. The answers become the chat's title and contact — and, if you want, a lead with a status you move along as you work it. #### Every later answer gets better What the visitor tells you is handed to the AI as fact for the rest of the chat, so it uses their name and stays on the thing they actually came for. #### Nobody gets trapped in it Optional steps show a Skip button, a mistyped phone number gets one polite retry, and a visitor who asks a question instead of answering is answered first, then asked again. Build one under **Welcome flow** in the dashboard, then try it in Test before you switch it on. Telybot gives them the right one, in their own words, while they are still deciding. (Illustration: Example timeline of one customer question asked at 9:40pm. Without an assistant, the reply comes at 11:05 the next morning, after more than thirteen hours of waiting. With Telybot, the answer arrives at 9:40pm in the customer’s own Hinglish, the order is placed at 9:44pm and the shop’s team is alerted straight away.) #### No waiting The answer arrives while they are still on your page, not the next morning. #### Their own language It replies in the language they wrote in — Hinglish to Hinglish, Tamil to Tamil. #### Answers they can trust Prices, hours and policies come from you, never made up. Saved answers go out word for word. #### A person when they need one When your content does not cover it, it says so and points them to your team by phone, email or WhatsApp. #### No app, no sign-up It opens on your website, from a link or from a QR code. There is nothing to install and no account to create. #### Nobody is asked twice What they tell the welcome flow — their name, what they came for — is used for the rest of the chat. ### One account carries the whole business. The assistant inherits the facts, access rules and operating choices you set once. #### Business profile Hours, address, contact, payments, delivery areas and returns are treated as facts. #### Team and roles Invite the people who help run it, with four roles and different permissions. #### Data rules Choose retention, restrict domains and remove the sources you no longer want used. #### One clear bill Card payment in US dollars, one month at a time. At the limit, it pauses instead of overspending. ### Questions owners ask us **Q: How does Telybot improve the customer experience?** Customers get an answer the moment they ask, in the language they wrote in, with nothing to install and no account to create. Answers come only from your content, so prices and policies are right, and when it cannot help, it points them to a person instead of guessing. **Q: What are the benefits of Telybot for a small business?** Questions asked after closing are answered straight away, your team stops retyping the same replies, chats turn into leads, orders and bookings, and the unanswered list shows exactly what to teach it next. You can start free, with 200 AI answers a month. **Q: Can customers order or book through it?** Yes. Add your menu, price list or services, and customers can order for pickup, delivery or their table, or book a free time, without leaving the chat. Your team sees each one on the Orders or Bookings screen and can get a WhatsApp alert for it. Nothing is paid in the chat: customers pay you directly. See [orders and bookings](https://telybot.com/features#orders). **Q: Can customers pay in the chat?** Not yet. Orders and bookings are placed in the chat and paid to you directly — at the counter, at the table, on delivery or at the visit. Nobody's card or UPI details pass through us. **Q: Does it work for a clinic or a salon?** Yes. List your services with how long each takes, set your hours, and customers book a free time in the chat. Their notes are never sent to the AI. **Q: How do I hear about a new order or booking?** The Orders and Bookings screens chime and show it straight away, and each one is emailed to your bot's contact email, or to the owners when there is none. Anyone on your team who handles orders can also turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone: a message for every new order and booking, and one reminder if it is still waiting. The message never includes the customer's name, phone, address or note. Start with what you already know ### Bring your website. Leave with an assistant. Free during early access.
