Questions after closing get answered
A question asked at 9:40pm is answered at 9:40pm, from your own content, before the customer goes looking somewhere else.
Answering is the start. Telybot also takes orders and bookings, collects leads, alerts your team and shows you what customers ask — from one dashboard, on every plan. Add Hiring, and it takes job applications too.
It is 9:40pm, the shop is shut, and a dozen people have asked what they ask every night — timings, delivery, price, returns. You already have every one of those answers written down somewhere. Telybot uses those answers to reply for you, at any hour.
83 of 203 questions in this sample week arrived while the shop was shut. The busiest hour was 9 to 10pm, just after closing.
Not in the morning. In their language, from your price list, at the moment they were going to give up and check somewhere else.
The answer you have typed a hundred times gets typed once more, into the dashboard, and then never again.
If it was not in what you gave it, the bot does not guess. It says so and passes the customer to you.
Telybot changes who answers your customers’ questions, how quickly, and what you learn from them — every day, without anyone retyping the same reply.
A question asked at 9:40pm is answered at 9:40pm, from your own content, before the customer goes looking somewhere else.
Timings, delivery and returns answer themselves. Your team handles the conversations that need a person, and can read every chat in the dashboard.
A welcome flow asks for a name and a number, a menu becomes an order and a service becomes a booking — each on its own screen in the dashboard.
Every question it could not answer goes on a list. Answer it once and that answer is used from then on.
2 people worth calling back
Give it your menu, price list or services and it answers from them, shows what it talks about as cards with photos, and lets the customer act on it there and then — no app to install and no payment page. Customers pay you at the counter, the table, the door or the visit.
Cards come from your own list, and customers can type an order in their own words. When every dish is named plainly, it does not count as an AI answer.
Prices are checked again at the moment it is placed. Nothing is paid in the chat.
New order #1042 at Tandoor House — 5 items · ₹820 · pickup. Open it: telybot.com/app/…
The Orders screen chimes, an email goes out, and anyone who handles orders can turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone.
List your services with how long each takes, set your hours, and customers book a free time without leaving the chat. You confirm it — or let every booking confirm itself.
Read the guides: your menu or services, taking orders and taking bookings.
A welcome flow is a short sequence of steps Telybot runs when the chat opens or after the visitor’s first question — a greeting, their name, a number to reach them on, what they came for. You stack the steps in the dashboard; it only ever moves forward, and a visitor sees it once.
A chat with nobody's name on it is a customer you cannot ring back. The answers become the chat's title and contact — and, if you want, a lead with a status you move along as you work it.
Telybot remembers what the visitor told it for the rest of the chat, so it uses their name and stays on the thing they actually came for.
Optional steps show a Skip button, a mistyped phone number gets one polite retry, and a visitor who asks a question instead of answering is answered first, then asked again.
Build one under Welcome flow in the dashboard, then try it in Test before you switch it on. Read the guide →
Customers judge a business by the answer they get and how long it took. Telybot gives them the right one, in their own words, while they are still deciding.
The answer arrives while they are still on your page, not the next morning.
It replies in the language they wrote in — Hinglish to Hinglish, Tamil to Tamil.
Prices, hours and policies come from you, never made up. Saved answers go out word for word.
When your content does not cover it, it says so and points them to your team by phone, email or WhatsApp.
It opens on your website, from a link or from a QR code. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
What they tell the welcome flow — their name, what they came for — is used for the rest of the chat.
When a customer asks ChatGPT or Gemini for the best clinic near them, the answer names a few businesses. Grow shows whether yours is one of them, and what to change when it is not.
The questions people ask about your kind of business, put to AI assistants with live web search: every week on the free plan, every day on paid plans.
How often you are named, in what position, and which businesses are named instead of you.
Every website the answers cited: marketplaces, communities, news sites, competitors and your own.
A check of your website the way AI crawlers read it, then the pages to write and the sites to be listed on.
Share a link for each role. The bot asks your questions, takes the resume, and every applicant lands in one list, read and scored against the job. Included in Scale and Enterprise, an add-on on Starter and Growth.
Already have job descriptions? Upload them as PDF, Word or Excel files, or as photos of a job advert, and the AI fills in each job for you to check and publish.
Put it in a post, a listing or on a poster. The chat opens straight on that job.
Consent first, then name, contact, your screening questions and a PDF or Word resume.
A score from 0 to 100 with its reasons, and the technologies each person is best at.
Move people through the stages, add notes, reply in the chat. The score never rejects anyone.
Each one is emailed to you, and anyone on your team can get a WhatsApp message for it: the job and its reference, never the applicant’s name.
Nothing is kept until they agree to your notice. You choose how long applications are kept, and a withdrawal erases their details and resume. See our Privacy Policy.
The assistant inherits the facts, access rules and operating choices you set once.
Hours, address, contact, payments, delivery areas and returns are treated as facts.
Invite the people who help run it, with four roles and different permissions.
Choose retention, restrict domains and remove the sources you no longer want used.
Card payment in your own currency, one month at a time. At the limit, it pauses instead of overspending.
Customers get an answer the moment they ask, in the language they wrote in, with nothing to install and no account to create. Answers come only from your content, so prices and policies are right, and when it cannot help, it points them to a person instead of guessing.

Yes. Grow, in your dashboard, puts the questions your customers ask to AI assistants with live web search, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and shows whether they name you, who they name instead and which websites they cite, with a ranked list of what to fix. The free plan checks 3 questions every week; paid plans check 10, 25 or 50 every day. See AI visibility.
Yes, with Hiring. Add a job, share its link or QR code, and people apply in the chat: they agree to your notice, answer your questions and send a resume. Every resume is read and scored against the job, and you move people through the stages. Hiring is included in Scale and Enterprise, and is an add-on on Starter and Growth. See Hiring.
Yes. On Hiring → Jobs, press Import jobs and upload up to ten PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text files, or photos of a job advert. The AI fills in each job it finds, with the pay, skills and screening questions, as a draft. Nothing is offered to candidates until you publish it. See How Hiring works.
Yes. The bot asks them to agree to your notice and send their resume, reads it, and fills in their name, email, phone, city and experience from it; it asks only for what the resume did not say. Someone unsure which role suits them can send a resume and be shown the open jobs that fit them best — the most senior one they qualify for first — and apply from there. See How Hiring works.
You control it, and we keep it for you. Nothing is kept until they agree to your notice; applications are kept for the period you choose after the job is filled, 180 days unless you change it; and a withdrawal erases their details and resume. The score never rejects anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
The Orders and Bookings screens chime and show it straight away, and each one is emailed to your bot's contact email, or to the owners when there is none. Anyone on your team who handles orders can also turn on WhatsApp alerts for their own phone: a message for every new order and booking, and one reminder if it is still waiting. The message never includes the customer's name, phone, address or note.
